Built on the site of the former La Barbade restaurant, La Cabane Bauloise was designed as a true seafront table. There is no trade-off here between the comfort of a carefully finished dining room and the relaxed spirit of a beach restaurant: the large glazed terrace offers a panoramic view over the ocean, while the interior plays on red and white stripes, a nod to the beach huts La Baule is known for.
\nWhether you come with family after a swim, with friends for a drink, or as a couple for dinner at sunset, the address adapts to every moment of the day: a lunch break, tapas in the late afternoon, lively dinners in the evening.<\/p>\n

Atlantic cooking, local and seasonal<\/h2>\n

In the kitchen, chef Ker Astou, trained at the Thierry Marx school, composes a menu that changes every month with the catch and the market. The philosophy of the house: to bring out the best in local fish and seasonal vegetables, working hand in hand with producers from the region.<\/p>\n
