La Baule · Beach restaurant · Plage des Cimes Bleues
The spirit of the seaside on your plate
In what was once La Barbade, La Cabane Bauloise reinvents seaside dining. Rooted in its local setting, a beach restaurant made for those who love to eat well, with their feet in the sand and their gaze on the horizon.
Our kitchen celebrates the local catch and market vegetables, in a warm atmosphere painted in the colours of beach huts – red, white and blue.
La Cabane Bauloise,
good food and good company by the sea.
In the kitchen
Ker Astou, a dedicated & passionate chef
At the helm of the restaurant, Stéphane Malhaire draws on the talent of head chef Ker Astou, who trained at the Thierry Marx school, to create a cuisine that travels while remaining true to the richness of the local terroir. Seasonal produce, close ties with local producers, warm hospitality: every detail is carefully considered.
From a leisurely lunch with your feet in the sand to tapas at sunset, and through to festive dinners, La Cabane Bauloise is with its guests from morning until nightfall.
“The spirit of the derbies. The elegance of the Atlantic. The signature of La Baule.”
