Reservations

Reservations can be made directly online via the Book button on our website. You can also reach us by phone at 02 40 42 01 01.

Opening hours

From May to June, we are open Wednesday to Sunday from 11am to midnight. In July and August, we open daily at the same hours.

Menu

Yes, the menu adapts each month according to the catch and the market. We work with seasonal produce and local producers.

Location

The restaurant is on Plage des Cimes Bleues, 31 Boulevard René Dubois, 44500 La Baule-Escoublac, right on the seafront.

Kitchen & team

Head chef Ker Astou, trained at the Thierry Marx school, creates an Atlantic, local cuisine alongside Stéphane Malhaire, the restaurant's manager.
