Reservations
Reservations can be made directly online via the Book button on our website. You can also reach us by phone at 02 40 42 01 01.
We strongly recommend booking ahead, especially in July and August. During peak season, the restaurant is often fully booked.
Opening hours
From May to June, we are open Wednesday to Sunday from 11am to midnight. In July and August, we open daily at the same hours.
Yes, La Cabane Bauloise is open year-round, with extended opening days and hours in summer. Off-season hours are currently being finalised.

Menu
Yes, the menu adapts each month according to the catch and the market. We work with seasonal produce and local producers.
Yes, we offer a beach and tapas menu - perfect for a lighter meal, ideal at sunset.
Location
The restaurant is on Plage des Cimes Bleues, 31 Boulevard René Dubois, 44500 La Baule-Escoublac, right on the seafront.
Public car parks are available close to Plage des Cimes Bleues. In high season, we recommend arriving on foot or by bike from La Baule town centre.

Head chef Ker Astou, trained at the Thierry Marx school, creates an Atlantic, local cuisine alongside Stéphane Malhaire, the restaurant's manager.
